Simple At Home Workout

I know that not everyone is able to go to the gym so I thought I would share with you guys a super simple workout that you guys can do at home, that doesn't need any equipment.

Before I start I would like to say that I am in no way an expert and I recommend you speak to an expert before doing these exercises because if you do some of these wrong you can do more damage than good. If you don't have an expert at hand then there are plenty of tutorials on youtube, I suggest Livestrong or Livestrongwomen.

-15 Crunches with leg lift (I have my legs propped up at a 45 degree angle on a chair)
-15 Tricep dips
-20 calf raises
-15 sumo squats
-30 bicycle crunches
-30 mountain climbers

Do 3 sets of these.

I hope you guys like this kind of post, if you would like more then comment or tweet me.

Thank you for reading!

Summerish Clothing Wish List

I know that summer will soon be over, especially in the UK we had like four sunny days and now the rain is ready to take over. But I have made this list of things I wanted to add to my wardrobe over the summer, some I have added.

  • White skinny jeans.
  • A some dungarees, long or short
  • a striped tee
  • a pair of brown chelsea boots. (I found a pair for sale on ASOS, £20)
  • White Slip-ons (i bought from New Look, £17.99)
  • Pinafore dress
  • Red and black check shirt
  • Patterned shirts and blouses

These are the things i have been searching for, I feel that these few items could make so many different looks, but they can also transistion in to autumn/winter, especially if you have a long pair of dungarees.
